Support Packages

Our philosophy is to develop on-going relationships with all of our customers, and to provide first-class support for your business in order to maximise the benefit you obtain from your IT systems. Support Services are available in three different forms, or a combination of any or all of them, to suit your individual business needs:

• Regular on-site support

  We can provide an experienced IT consultant to work at your premises alongside your existing staff to help maintain and improve your systems. For example, this could be 1 or 2 days per week, 1 day per month, or just to provide holiday cover for staff

• On demand support

  Available to assist you as and when required, we have a number of consultants and technicians who can solve your IT issues as they arise on a hourly or daily basis

• Support contracts

  Limit your IT consultancy costs by signing up for a support contract from just £15 per machine per month. You gain the benefits of knowing that all labour costs are covered, no matter how long it takes to solve the problem, and that support is available by telephone, by remote access, on-site and in our dedicated workshop. Also, with no minimum contract period, you are free to cancel your contract at any time. Further details are shown below:

  Terms and Conditions

  • No minimum contract, payments monthly by standing order
  • Covers labour and minor hardware costs (e.g. fans, basic keyboards, basic mice)
  • Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
  • Peripherals are routers, printers, scanners and network equipment
  • Virus and spyware problems are covered where our recommended solution has been installed
  • Subject to fair use policy:
    • On-site Support - 6 per year per machine
    • Telephone / Remote Support - 3 instances per month per machine
  • Emergency support outside of working hours will be charged at £100 per hour, if requested. Subject to engineer availability
  • Exclusions from cover:
    • Existing faults
    • Misuse (e.g. coffee spills, changes to system settings, downloading of inappropriate software such as beta releases)
  • All prices exclusive of VAT at 17.5%. We retain the right to amend these terms and conditions when necessary, and you will be given at least 1 month's written notice of any changes
